After dedicating 22 years to the United States Air Force, I transitioned from military service with a wealth of experience in leadership, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. These core values became the foundation upon which I built my next mission: empowering individuals and small businesses to achieve financial clarity and success.

Recognizing the complexities many face during tax season, I established M & N Financial Services LLC to provide trustworthy, accurate, and personalized tax preparation services. Our goal is to simplify the tax process for individuals, families, and small businesses, ensuring they receive the maximum benefits they're entitled to.

However, my vision extended beyond serving clients directly. I saw an opportunity to mentor and support aspiring tax professionals, leading to the creation of M & N Tax Pros. This branch is dedicated to equipping tax professionals with the tools, software, and guidance needed to establish and grow their own successful practices.
